Privacy policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Your journal belongs to you. Timetime does not collect, receive, analyse, sell or store your journal entries or Health data on its servers. Lifetrack has no Timetime backend, advertising or analytics SDKs. Records are stored on your device, with private iCloud synchronisation provided by Apple.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Lifetrack (listed as LifeTracky on the App Store) is provided by TIMETIME SOFTWARE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (“Timetime”, “we”, “us”), Spain. This policy explains how the app handles information and how we handle information you choose to send to support. Contact: info@timetime.in.
2. Information stored by the app
The app stores the categories, activities, daily ratings and check-ins you create on your device. Settings such as appearance, reminders and your Health connection preference are also stored locally. No Timetime account is required.
The app processes these records on your device to display your journal and calendar. We do not receive usage analytics, advertising identifiers, tracking profiles or journal content from the app.
3. Apple iCloud
When iCloud is available for the app, journal records sync using CloudKit in your private iCloud database. This is storage provided by Apple under your Apple account, not a database operated by Timetime. We do not have access to the contents of your private iCloud database.
Apple may also include app data in device backups according to your settings. Apple’s handling of iCloud and backups is governed by its privacy policy and applicable service terms. You can manage iCloud access and storage in your device settings.
4. Optional Apple Health integration
Only with your permission, Lifetrack reads workouts and daily State of Mind entries from Apple Health to show activities and moods in the app. It can also write or remove its own daily State of Mind entries when you set or clear a daily rating.
Records read from Health are held in memory on the device; Lifetrack does not copy those imported records into its CloudKit database or send them to Timetime. Daily ratings you enter directly in Lifetrack remain part of your journal and may sync through your private iCloud database, even if you also choose to write them to Health.
Health information is not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, data brokerage or training AI models. Apple manages storage and any synchronisation of the Health database separately.
5. Reminders and tracking
If you allow notifications, the app schedules reminders locally on your device. Timetime does not operate a remote notification service for these reminders. The app does not use tracking cookies, advertising or third-party analytics.
6. Retention, deletion and your control
- You can change or clear daily ratings, undo manual check-ins and manage your activities in the app.
- You can revoke Health read and write permissions in Apple Health or your device privacy settings. Revoking access does not itself delete previously saved Health records; manage those separately in Apple Health.
- You can manage or delete Lifetrack’s iCloud data using Apple’s iCloud storage controls where available. Deleting the app does not necessarily remove iCloud copies, backups or Health records.
- Local records remain until you remove them or delete the app and its local data. Synced records may return if you reinstall with iCloud enabled. Manage iCloud storage and backups separately if you want to remove those copies.
We cannot retrieve, export or delete private records from your device, Health or iCloud on your behalf because we do not have access to them. Contact us if you need help finding the relevant controls.
7. Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. Timetime is responsible for this correspondence and uses it to answer your request, based on our legitimate interest in providing support or as necessary to respond to a service request. Please do not send sensitive journal or Health information.
Support messages may be processed by our email service provider and are kept only as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. We may disclose correspondence if legally required. This is separate from app data, which we do not receive.
Visiting these web pages involves sending ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and browser request, to the website hosting provider, Vercel, to deliver and secure the site. These pages do not add analytics or advertising scripts. Website requests are separate from activity inside the app.
8. Your privacy rights
For personal information we actually hold, such as support correspondence, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@timetime.in. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
9. Changes and contact
We will publish updates here and revise the date above. If the app’s data practices materially change, we will provide appropriate notice and request permission where required before introducing the change.
