Terms of service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

1. Definitions and provider

“Lifetrack” or the “app” means the personal journal and activity tracking application listed as LifeTracky on the App Store. “We” or “Timetime” means TIMETIME SOFTWARE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, Spain. “You” means the person using the app. Contact: info@timetime.in.

2. Acceptance and Apple’s licence

These terms describe your use of Lifetrack together with our privacy policy. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

The app is licensed through the App Store under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless another applicable licence is presented in the App Store. These terms supplement that licence and do not replace Apple’s terms or any mandatory consumer rights. Timetime provides the app and its support.

3. What the app does

Lifetrack helps you record daily ratings, categories, activities and check-ins, and view them over time. It works without a Timetime account or a Timetime backend. Records are stored on your device and may sync through your private iCloud account. Optional Apple Health features require your permission.

4. Personal use and acceptable use

You may use the app for your own lawful purposes on compatible devices, in accordance with the applicable App Store licence. You must not misuse the app, infringe others’ rights or bypass security protections. Restrictions on copying, modifying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the licence.

5. Your records and privacy

You retain your rights to the information you enter. Timetime does not receive your private journal or Health records and is not granted rights to publish or commercially exploit them. Our privacy policy explains local storage, iCloud, Health permissions and support correspondence.

Keep your device and Apple account secure, and manage backups and storage according to your needs. Timetime cannot recover records it cannot access. Removing the app may leave data in iCloud, backups or Apple Health, which you must manage separately.

6. Apple services and permissions

iCloud, Apple Health, notifications and App Store distribution depend on compatible Apple software, your settings and service availability. Apple’s own terms apply to its services. You can revoke Health and notification permissions in your device settings. Disabling optional permissions may limit the corresponding features.

7. Personal reflection, not medical advice

Lifetrack is a journal for personal reflection. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Ratings and calendar views are not clinical assessments. Do not rely on the app to make medical decisions; seek qualified professional help when needed.

8. Intellectual property

The app’s software, design and branding belong to Timetime or their respective licensors. Your right to use the app does not transfer ownership of these materials. Your own records remain yours.

9. Availability, updates and responsibility

We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free synchronisation or compatibility with every future device or operating system. Features may change through updates, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any mandatory consumer guarantee. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected.

10. Stopping use

You can stop using and uninstall Lifetrack at any time. There is no Timetime account to close. To remove records, also review the app, iCloud, backup and Health controls described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and consent obtained where required by law. Changes will not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also retain the mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in the courts available under the laws of your country of residence. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of those rights is imposed by these terms.

If you have a question or complaint, contact info@timetime.in so we can try to resolve it.
